Our Team

Lili’s conscious healing journey began in 2011 when she transitioned from corporate training to her own Yoga and meditation studio. Dissatisfied with the side effects of medications, Lili began her research on natural healing based on alternative medicine and healing methods. This research encompassed Homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine and healing through natural supplements. On discovering that Dr. Max Gerson healed cancer patients with natural juicing and detoxification methods, Lili realized that anything is possible. Let food be our medicine!

In 2012 Lili assumed ownership of two HealthWorks natural health food stores in West Vancouver and North Vancouver with a combined customer base of over five thousand clients. She later completed her training as a Registered Nutritional Counsellor and serves her community with awareness and natural supplements.

Lili developed her West Vancouver store into an integrative health centre together with a team of dedicated doctors. She currently focuses on the North Vancouver Edgemont Village store, offering vitamins, supplements and holistic health consultations. Lili works with over 70 Canadian suppliers to bring the best natural, organic, non-GMO nutritional supplements to the public. She also collaborates with Naturopathic Doctors when advising clients on complex issues.

Lili’s deep passion is to help others in holistic healing for the mind, body and soul. Her recent book, “Effortless Beauty” has a message of self-love and the beauty that comes from within.
