Shipping Policy

Canada

• Canada Shipping is FREE on orders over $50, otherwise - a flat rate of $12.00. Some restrictions may apply 
  
• Please expect delivery within 1-14 days with Canada Post depending on your location

US

• US Shipping is FREE on orders over $100, otherwise - a flat rate of $18.95 Some restrictions may apply
• Please expect delivery within 1-14 days with Canada Post or other courier companies depending on your location

International

• A flat rate of $68.99 for order up to 3lb or 1kg (eg. 6 bottles of 100 capsules)
• Please expect delivery within 1-21 days with Canada Post or other courier companies depending on your location. 
  
• For big orders we will contact you and give you an estimate for shipping cost.
  

Healthworks will not be liable for products refused or held by customs for delivery. Please check with your custom office before placing any order to stop high duties and taxes or delay. 

Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card minus the shipping charge and %20 re-stocking fee.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Products

• May return unopened items within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund if there was a mistake on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We'll also pay the return shipping costs and no restocking fee.
• If you need to return an order for other reasons, you may do so if the product is unopened and within 14 days of receiving the product,
• %20 re-stocking fee will be charged and customer is responsible for all shipping costs .
• If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number once we've received and processed the returned item.

Services

• We would need a 48 Hour Cancellation notice for all our services, otherwise there will be a $30 late cancellation fee.
• A cancellation notice received before 48 hours will result in a credit.

Ordering Policy

• Shipping and handling charges reflect estimated amounts.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on purchases or refuse any orders.
• Payment for Products & Services can be made by PayPal and Credit Cards. All these payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars. Healthworks is not responsible for any fees, custom charges, exchange rates or additional charges.
