How can I order products from your site?

You may order products from our website from anywhere in North America, in a very easy, quick, and secure way.

When you have chosen your desired product, just add it to your cart. At this point, you may complete your order here by continuing the instructions on the page or browse, search, find, add more products to your cart. We offer the calculation of your total costs and low shipping rates on most of our products. .

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are sent from our distribution centre within 48 hours of the order being placed, however actual delivery times will depend on your local postal service. Please allow a 1-21 day period for the delivery of the product. Please make sure that your orders are sent to an address that there will be someone to receive the package such as your workplace. What is your Ordering Policy?

  • Shipping and handling charges reflect estimated amounts.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities on purchases.
  • Payment for Products & Services can be made by Credit Cards. All these payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars. Healthworks is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

 

 

What are my payment options?

Through our website we accept Paypal Payments, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. For payments made in our stores we accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.



For orders online if I don't have a credit card, how else can I pay?

Money order and bank draft payment is available by special arrangement. Please contact us for more details.

 


What is your Return and Cancellation Policy?

Services

  • We would need a 48 Hour Cancellation notice for all our services otherwise there will be a $30 late cancellation fee.
  • A cancellation notice received before 48 hours will result in a credit.
Products
  • May return unopened items within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund if there was a mistake on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We'll also pay the return shipping costs and no restocking fee.
  • If you need to return an order for other reasons, you may do so if the product is unopened and within 14 days of receiving the product, a $20 restocking fee will be charged and customer is responsible for all shipping costs .
  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
  • Please contact our orders department at orders@ourhealthworks.com before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund.

 



How do I let you know if I haven’t received my package?

You must notify us within 25 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery times (Refer to shipping policy), please login to your account area for order status or check your emails to see our message about order/shipment tracking.

In any case, please contact us and we will gladly follow up on your behalf. Remember to include your order number on all correspondence to ensure prompt service.



What is your shipping policy?

 Canada

  • Canada Shipping is FREE on orders over $50.00, otherwise - a flat rate of $9.00.
  • Please expect delivery within 1-14 days with Canada Post depending on your location.

 

 

US

  • US Shipping is FREE on orders over $125.00, otherwise - a flat rate of $12.00.
  • Please expect delivery within 1-14 days with Canada Post or Fedex depending on your location.


How will I know when my order has been shipped?

After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number.

Please add our e-mail orders@ourhealthworks.com to your address book, or ensure you have disabled any spam filters you may have so that our e-mails can be received.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order has been placed.



How can I track my order?

You can check your order status when logging into your account area.

An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped or any other changes to your shipping information occurs.



Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to a valid PO Box. However, we can only ship by non-registered post to such addresses as this is the only method that does not require a signature on receipt. Please note if you choose this option, which we don't recommend, you are accepting liability for non delivery for whatever reason.
